As you read this, my brother, John, has just arrived from Houston to start filming the two new episodes of the Ranger Mike series. Here are the names and the purpose behind each one...
1 - "Monkey Business". This will have multiple takes on the title, including
character issues behind lying and gossip. It will, of course, feature apes and monkeys. The obvious issue related to creation will be the idea of apes-to-man, the ultimate monkey business! There will be other categories and features as well!
2 - "Face-to-Face with Leviathan!". This will deal with the concept, found all over the world, of dragons and lore. It will be firmly rooted in the
Scriptures. The main animal feature will be crocodiles, and the setting is South Africa where much of the footage was shot.
We were concerned that John would not make it out of Houston, given the terrible conditions there! Please pray for us now that we will have good weather, good health, and clear minds to complete these two projects over the next several
weeks.
Also, may I please ask you to pray for Carrie? She has a severe case of plantar fasciitis in her right foot and can barely walk. Among other pressing things, our Southwest Safari takes place in just seven weeks, and she leads several of the hikes. At present, she is in no condition to do anything like
that!
