An Ultimate Safari Experience!!

Remember your Creator in the days of your youth!
Hi ,
Every now and then, there's a defining moment in our lives. Sometimes it's incredibly significant and changes the world (like 9-11), but other times, it's personal, and can be simple - like a memory that lasts a lifetime. God made this world in such an incredible way that there is ALWAYS something to appreciate and to be thankful for. We all have blessings that can be counted daily.

Our safaris provide some great memories for folks. We do them because they provide "wings" for the things we teach. They provide perhaps new ways of understanding and appreciating our world. The Southwest Safari is all about the great flood and its aftermath, while the Wildlife Safari provides an incredible opportunity to see some of the most amazing creatures God made. Sometimes, there can be events that are unexpected, but VERY amazing - like when the elephant pictured above began to "come after" us!

But, what we experienced was mild. If you would like to see what happened to one group in South Africa, click on the button below! This was not our group, but one operating from the camp just to the north of ours, Toro Yaka. These folks had a safari experience of a lifetime!...

One interesting thing to watch for -- as the elephant smells things, notice how she blows the air into her mouth. She seems to be "tasting" the smells to see what they are. Furthermore, the tracker at the front shows amazing composure! Take a look!...Maximize your screen, imagine that YOU'RE there, and enjoy!
In Christ,
PS - We will be at Garden Chapel in Middletown, PA, this coming Sunday, September 3, in all of the morning services.  In the early morning and later worship services, Mike will be bringing a ministry update as well as a brief message.  During the Sunday School hour, he will present "The Stricken Earth", one of the seminars in our flood series.  Click HERE for the web site of the church.
