On a recent trip, I was speaking in Arkansas, and we had the opportunity to visit an all-American art museum - not something I would normally be drawn to. But we did it, nevertheless. The gallery
was divided into 4 sections, each relating to a time period in American history. Have a look at the three paintings, below. The top one came from Building #1, the very early American time frame. The other ones are from Building #4, current "art". It took us several hours to go through the buildings with the early art stages. All of the paintings reflected detail, patience, talent, value, and a particular view of life. The second ones represent... um.... well, maybe a
"particular view of life". It took us about a minute to go through this building!
I don't know, but it strikes me as being very funny! The first painting reminds me of creation, while the other two remind me of Darwinism. The patience, virtue, beauty and creativity of God, versus the random, go-nowhere ideas
of man.
