HERE IT IS!! Dr. Walter Brown's book, "In The Beginning" is in its final stages --- at
last! This is an edit version just sent to those of us on the board of CSC (Creation Science Center) and the review team, for final review. Back in 2017, while Dr. Brown and his wife, Peggy, were on our Southwest Safari, a group of us met at the Grand Canyon to discuss the future of the book, specifically, the 9th Edition. The 8th Edition was
selling out, and the new one, with a lot of extra information, was nearing completion. Or so we thought. A lot of work still needed to be done. However, at that meeting, Dr. Brown formally asked us if Mission Imperative would be interested and willing to publish and handle the next edition. This was both a shock and a real honor! We were delighted to do so. Then, over the next few years, certain changes were made that modified our involvement. First, the book would stay in the family (which we thought was a very good idea). Also, it would be
warehoused in Phoenix rather than here in PA. This means that all wholesale orders will be shipped from CSC, and we will handle the retail sales. We are co-publishers of the book with CSC. This whole arrangement works very well for us! So....STAY TUNED!! Once the book has been fully approved, it will then go to the printer. Once that's
finished and the books have arrived in AZ, we'll get a shipment to us, and we'll immediately let you know! This has been a long time coming! Praise the Lord that it looks like the wait is almost over!! |
