We have some exciting news for you, in case you might be interested!...
For our entire married life, Carrie and I have been wanting to take a trip to Israel, with a possible extension to Jordan, but it has never worked out.
Recently, a local church (Mt. Aetna Bible
Church, one I've spoken in several times) decided that they would like to provide an opportunity for their congregation to go to Israel. The group that they would go with is called Pilgrim Tours. One of the employees of the organization is a member of this church. He put together a very unique package which they call the "Exodus Tour". The main tour includes Egypt, the Sinai Peninsula, Jordan, and ends in Israel - it follows the exodus! However, they've even added an
extension at the beginning of the trip which would be a 5-day cruise on the Nile to see some fascinating ancient sites.
Carrie and I are going! The church is not a large one, and they might not meet the minimum of 25 people, so we offered to let you know about it. They
gladly accepted!
Please understand... this is not a Mission Imperative safari or tour! I am not leading this. This is simply a trip that we are going along as guests, and if you are interested, you're more than welcome to come along with
us!
