The New, Improved Jesus!

Remember your Creator in the days of your youth!

In the electronic, device-oriented, cyberspaced, gotta-stay-constantly-socially-connected, streaming world in which we now live, ideas spread faster than they ever have before ~ waaay faster!

And many are incredibly dangerous. Consider the advent of AI, a term you hadn't heard before about 2 years ago - Artificial Intelligence. Just the name sounds intriguing. And, while there are numerous fascinating and useful applications of this concept, the devil is always there to corrupt. This is another perfect way for him to appear as an "angel of light".

Consider a news story I read recently about web sites that you can now go to to hear "Jesus" speak to you, and answer your questions!

Cleverly using biblical concepts and wording, these sites offer a "new and improved" Jesus - a Jesus that will tell you basically anything you'd like to hear! A Jesus that will lovingly tolerate any lifestyle you'd choose to follow. AND.... it's all backed up by the Bible, don't you know!

This strikingly reminds me of the many false prophets that the Jews gathered around them in the time before the exile. It also reminds me of a verse that speaks to us now...

"For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables." (2 Timothy 4:3-4)

Do you want to hear from Jesus? The true and real Jesus? The things He really wants you to know? Turn off the device, and go to the Bible!
