Now consider the last photograph. Again, the identical thing has happened, but on a much larger scale! This is the south rim of the Grand Canyon. Anyone who understands "global flood" geology can
tell you that the strata layers exposed at the sides of the canyon were composed of water-logged sediments after the flood. At that time they, too, were unstable. And the only way they could have been exposed like this is if there had been a large volume of water flowing through the area. As the bank kept collapsing, the cliffs edges that remained were stark. They still are. But, the sides have now turned to solid rock, so they won't collapse like that much any more.
What we have is evidence of a catastrophic event captured before the sediments turned to stone! A catastrophic post-flood water event! A water event most likely caused by the breaching of a giant dam -- exactly like Dr. Walter Brown described in his book, "In The Beginning".
The flood itself was global and catastrophic, just like the Bible describes. It deposited all of the sediments world-wide. Sediments that were still loaded with moisture when the Colorado Plateau was suddenly opened up, and a torrent of water poured through!
Again, the
millions-of-years scenario just doesn't hold up to the stark evidence of catastrophism.
