Look at this moth. Do you notice anything strange about it? Probably not initially, right? It just looks like a normal moth. But, take a closer look at its forewings. See anything yet?
What you should be able to see quite clearly now is what appears to be a brown leaf. The forewing on both sides of this moth appears to be a dry leaf - a curled up dry leaf! However, In this position, the moth wouldn't really fool any creature. I mean, it looks too much like a "meal" for any creature that likes to munch on moths. In other words, it doesn't appear
to be using its camouflage very efficiently, right?
