Throughout the year, people contact us about availability for the Southwest Safari. By now, there is a lot of word-of-mouth and referrals by folks who have been on the trip. We never anticipated in 2010, when our Grand Canyon video was
released, that it would lead to this much interest in the American Southwest! But, I can see why it does! First, the southwest portion of the Colorado Plateau provides the world's best evidence for a global flood exactly like the Bible describes. In this region, especially at Grand Canyon, you can see stark sedimentary layers that were produced by that horrible, worldwide event! You can also see incredible evidence of post-flood destruction in the entire region. However, the destructive aspects
of moving water didn't only just reveal the power of God's judgment, but it also revealed His incredible creative nature that is still present even in that destruction! This entire area is a photographer's paradise!
There are several reasons for you to consider going on this trip:
EDUCATION: The educational aspects from a biblical perspective are incredibly important. There's nothing like seeing the scenes for yourself and understanding why they're there!
COST: There are other organized tours that
operate in this region, but since we offer this as part of our ministry, we do it "at cost". Comparing apples for apples, our tour is roughly 50% of what a commercial tour would cost!
QUALITY: I'm a "top writer" for TripAdvisor. We do not skimp on the quality of the hotels and lodges that we stay in.
CAMERADERIE: Many people wind up being fast friends on this trip! The fellowship is wonderful!
TIMING: The weather at the time of year we go is normally perfect, it's off high season, and kids are back in school, so the parks aren't crammed!
